Cognac and champagne

INGREDIENTS

  • .Champagne
  • .cognac
  • .raspberries
  • .currants

 PREPARATION

  • To make the Cognac and champagne cocktail :
  • In a champagne flute, pour 7 / 10th of cognac and 3 / 10th of raspberry liqueur (or a few crushed fresh raspberries).
  • Complete with champagne and decorate with 2 or 3 frozen raspberries or a small bunch of currants.
  • To drink in moderation.
